Myanmar (Burma) has purchased ten MiG-29s from Russia for $130 million. This is lest than a third of the cost of comparable aircraft from American or European manufacturers. Two of these are two-seat trainers. Myanmar has about 42 fighters (Chinese F-7s and A-5s).--Stephen V Cole
